My work begins outdoors

I spend time walking the coastline, swimming in cold water, or sitting quietly, noticing the landscape.

Words arrive first. Fragments of poetry, observations, and emotions stirred by the land and sea.

Those words later become artwork, poetry, and creative experiences. I then invite others to reconnect with nature, emotion, and their own creativity.

Join a small creative experience on the North Cornish coastline where nature becomes poetry and art.

We begin with a gentle coastal walk noticing textures, sounds and emotions stirred by the landscape. Participants gather words, reflections and fragments of poetry inspired by the surroundings.

Afterwards, we translate those feelings into a personal creative piece to take home.

Upcoming Exhibition in Rock, Cornwall

This autumn I will be exhibiting a collection of original artworks and poetry inspired by the changing seasons and landscapes. This will be held in Rock, Cornwall.

The exhibition brings together pieces created through writing poetry outdoors and translating those emotions into abstract artwork.
